SDCBWLA is committed to providing a safe place for Black Women Lawyers to exhale and inspire each other, to learn and develop skills through targeted mentorship, collaborations within and outside of the practice of law, find voice in speaking, article publishing, educational lecturing and practicable life experiences. It is a place to network and grow stronger through relationship building by promoting excellence, advocating each other as Black Women who work in law firms, the judiciary, governmental agencies, corporations, academia, non-profit and sit as decision makers in boardrooms.
